Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying for call for records from the 1st respondent which has culminated in the sale of the immovable property of the petitioner bearing Plot No.209 situate at Kapnoor Industrial Area, II Stage, Humnabad Road, Kalburgi and peruse the same; issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to refrain from interfering in the petitioner’s physical possession and enjoyment of the property in so far as it relates to the auction sale conducted 30.06.2017 and issue such other writ or order after perusal of records including setting aside the sale conducted on 30.06.2017 by the 1st respondent and grant such other relief.
This petition is coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER In this petition a preemptory order was passed on 16.01.2018 granting time to the petitioner upto 28.02.2018 for removal of office objections. It was also made clear that if the objections are not removed, to list this case before the Court on 06.03.2018 for dismissal.
The order sheet would indicate that objections are not complied. Hence, the petition stands dismissed by virtue of order dated 16.01.2018.
