JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner made Ext.P6 application for renewal of dealers licence under the Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1967. On account of the delay in considering the application, the petitioner has approached this Court. In view of the pendency of Ext.P6, there shall be a direction to consider the application within a period of two weeks after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and also calling for report from the District Police Chief and District Collector.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
