This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash C.C.No.112 of 2010, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Karur District.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after trial, the Trial Court acquitted the petitioner from the charges levelled against him.
3.In view of the above subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
