JUDGMENT / ORDER

----------------------- The petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent by Ext.P5 to fix the boundary of the property mentioned in Ext.P5. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of the non- consideration of Ext.P5.
2. The learned Government Pleader would submit that Ext.P5 is not in statutory form. The petitioner has to file application either in Form-8 or Form-10 under the Kerala Surveys and Boundaries Act. If the petitioner files such an application before the Tahsildar either in Form-8 or Form 10 depend upon the requirement of the petitioner, that application shall be considered within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this application after hearing the petitioner and all affected parties.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
