The petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of dealers licence and for 'P' Form which are mandatory for selling, stocking and exhibiting sand under the Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1967. A copy of the said application is produced as Ext.P4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received favourable verification report from the police authorities. However, the application has not been finalised so far. It is also submitted that a favourable report has also been forwarded by the first respondent regarding issuance of dealers licence to the second respondent.
2. The second respondent will consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 within a period of three weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
