JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the present petition is taken up for final hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is absent. It is to be noted that there is a stay of further proceedings of Criminal complaint, which is of the year 1999, which is for the offence punishable u/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. However, in the interest of justice, as a last chance, S.O. to 16/02/2012. On the that, irrespective of sick note, leave note and/or non-availability of any of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties, the matter shall be proceeded further ex-parte.
