1. This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.222 of 2012 of Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad for alleged offences under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of I.P.C.
2. Heard learned Advocate for Petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police, after completion of investigation, filed final report dated 08- 08-2012 referring the case as of civil nature.
4. Considering the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous, in view of final report dated 08-08-2012, according to which Police, after investigation, referred the case as of civil nature. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
