JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to keep in abeyance the proceedings under Exts. P6 and P7, till the disposal of Ext.P8 appeal pending before the Land Revenue Commissioner. The issue involved in with reference to the proceedings under the Kerala Land Utilisation Order. The Revenue Divisional Officer, the competent authority had directed the petitioner, to restore the land to the original position and to cultivate the same with food crops which was cultivated earlier, against which an appeal is filed before the Land Revenue Commissioner as Ext.P8. According to the petitioner, during the pendency of the said appeal, the revenue authorities are insisting for compliance of directions issued as per Exts.P6 and P7, and, hence, he has approached this Court. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situations, and having heard the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of as under.
W.P.C.No.14257 OF 2014 2 The first respondent shall consider Ext.P8 appeal and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, and until such time, further proceedings pursuant to Exts.P6 and P7 shall be kept in abeyance.
