This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent under Section 145 Cr.P.C., dated 29.10.2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that while this writ petition is pending, the aforesaid proceedings were already closed and the keys of the wakf institution were handed over to the petitioner-Muthawali. In view of that, he does not want to press this writ petition.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
