Mohammed Abdulrahman Sahib Memorial Vocational vs State Of Kerala

The petitioner is the Manager of an aided school. He filed Ext.P9 revision petition before the Government aggrieved by the non- implementation of Ext.P4 order passed by the Director of Public Instruction, by the District Educational Officer. Ext.P9 revision petition was filed on 07/05/2014.

2. Considering the urgency of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9, as expeditiously as possible, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
