Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This petition is totally misconceived. The learned Principal District Judge, Prakasam District, Ongole has decided not to fill up the ten posts of Process Servers though it was decided earlier to fill up the same. Under the rules, the District Judge himself can consider whether the recruitment process can go on or not. The petitioner has no subsisting right to compel the District Judge to go on with the recruitment process.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
