JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Jain, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to delete respondent No.1.
Permission as prayed for is granted. The respondent No.1 stands deleted. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly.
It appears that the registry has wrongly raised the objection that cognate matters are not traceable. However, it appears that there is no cognate matters. Hence, the matter is ready for final hearing. Therefore, Registry is directed to notify the present Civil Revision Application for final hearing.
