1. This matter was earlier listed on 16.06.2012 when the court adjourned the matter to 18.06.2012 on account of personal difficulty cited by learned advocate for the petitioner. Thereafter, on 18.06.2012, the following order was passed:
"1. On 16th June, 2012, following request was made:
"For Mr. Ashish B. Desai mentioning is there that he is not in the Court due to some personal difficulty. In that case, the matter stands over to 18.06.2012.
2. Today, Mr.Dave has filed leave note. S.O. To 19.06.2012. If, Mr. Dave is not in a position to proceed with the matter, he will make alternative arrangement."
2. The matter was not notified on 19.06.2012 and therefore was adjourned to today. Even today none is present on behalf of the petitioner. No alternative arrangement has been made by the petitioner though directed vide order dated 18.06.2012. This court, therefore, has no other option but to dismiss the matter. Accordingly, petition stands dismissed for default.
