The petitioner has filed this writ petition apprehending demolition of a structure put up by him in implementation of Exhibit P3. As per interim order dated 21.11.2014, I had directed the respondents not to demolish his structures. Advocate Shanavas Khan appears for the respondents. It is submitted by the counsel that Exhibit P5 appeal is pending consideration of the first respondent and that the same would be considered and finally disposed of, without delay. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P5 appeal in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Until final orders are passed on Exhibit P5, interim order granted on 21.11.2014 in this case shall continue to be in force.
