1. Heard Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Grievance of petitioners is that award has been made but actual disbursement of compensation has not been made.
3. If that be so, petitioners should approach authority concerned, who is responsible for disbursement of compensation, and, in case any claim by way of representation is set up by petitioners before such Competent Authority, it will pass reasoned order thereon within fifteen day for the date of filing of such representation alongwith certified copy of this order, and, if any amount is found payable to petitioners, the same shall be paid without any further delay.
4. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of.
