1. It is held that formal order, as issued to appellant has been filed. Office has pointed out that certified copy has not been signed by competent authority though it is admitted that it has been issued by Court below.
2. Let appeal be registered with regular number and old number shall also continue to be shown in bracket for finding out details of case, whenever required by parties with reference to either of the two numbers.
3. As requested by learned counsel for appellant, we proceed to hear appeal under Order 41 Rule 11 C.P.C.

5. Admit.
6. Issue notice to respondents by registered post A.D. as well as Courier as approved by Office Memorandum dated 15.12.2015 under Order V, Rule 9 (3) C.P.C. returnable at an early date.
7. Call for the record of Court below.
