1. Rule.
Mr. M.G.Nanavati, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of Respondent-State.
2. Considering the submissions made on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the medical certificate produced by the applicant, it transpires that the condition of father of the applicant is serious and he is admitted in ICU.
3. In above view of the matter, the temporary bail order passed on 13.06.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7800 of 2012 is further extended for 10 (Ten) days from 30/06/2012 on the same terms and conditions and on the expiry of the temporary bail period, he shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.
4. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
