MR.J.K.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule for the respondent-State.
The applicant seeks extension of temporary bail initially granted by this Court vide order dated 28.05.2012, in Criminal Misc. Application No.7167 of 2012, which was further extended vide order dated 06.06.2012, in Criminal Misc. Application No.7516 of 2012.
Having considered the submissions advanced by the applicant, so also considering the relevant papers annexed with this application, this Court is of the opinion that the application deserves to be granted in part.
The application is partly allowed and the order extending the temporary bail passed by this Court on 06.06.2012, in Criminal Misc. Application No.7516 of 2012 is further extended for one week here of on the same terms and conditions. Upon completion of period of temporary bail, the applicant shall immediately surrender before the jail authority.
Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
