Mohammad vs State

Having considered the submissions advanced by party-in-person, who happens to be father of the accused and Mr. Vyas, learned Special PP for the respondent-State, I have also taken into consideration the medical papers and more particularly the case paper as well as the laboratory reports of the matter of the accused. Considering the medical papers, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for bail, hence dismissed.
