Mohammad vs State

It is reported that respondent NO.2 has refused to accept the notice of this Court and in view of what is recorded in order dated 13.1.2012 and further an amount of Rs.20,000/- is already deposited by the petitioner before this Court, has shown readiness and willingness to deposit Rs.5,000/- within two weeks.

In view of the above, I am inclined to continue interim relief till further order.
