Mr. L.B.Dabhi, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent State of Gujarat.

By way of this application, the applicant has prayed to extend the time for filing the Criminal Appeal, which is barred by delay of 24 days. Looking to the reasons assigned for delay in filing appeal by 24 days, the same is required to be considered. Hence, this application is allowed. Delay of 24 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
