Heard learned Advocate Mr. Ansari for the applicant.
From the papers, it appears that the applicant has to pay approximately Rs.28,000/- towards the amount of maintenance to the respondent No.2
- wife. Mr. Ansari states that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount Rs.20,000/- before the trial Court towards the maintenance to the respondent No.2 - wife.
Hence, on production of receipt of Rs.20,000/- deposited by the applicant before the trial Court towards the maintenance amount to the respondent No.2 - wife, office is directed to issue Notice to the other side, returnable on 19.3.2012.
