JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. The applicant an under trial prisoner has preferred this application for temporary bail through his wife on the ground of securing admission in the school of his minor children and to make financial arrangement for the education and it is submitted that on 27th July, 2011, when the applicant was granted temporary bail for the similar purpose, the applicant had surrendered in time.
3. Considering the above fact that the applicant has reported the jail authority in time, I am inclined to consider this case and hereby grant Ten days of temporary bail from the date of his release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions. On completion of the temporary bail, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority in time.
4. Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
