JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Nayan D.Parekh, learned advocate for the petitioners and Ms.Nisha M.Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1.
It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners were not granted an opportunity of hearing before demolition of the houses and no notices were issued to them.
Ms.Nisha M.Thakore,learned Assistant Government Pleader, has referred to the contents of the affidavit-in-reply, affirmed on 18-7-2011, filed on behalf of respondent No.3 in Special Civil Application No.6955 of 2011 and has submitted that the petitioners have suppressed the fact that notices have been received by them.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader may place on record the notices that are said to have been issued to the petitioners.
