Mr. Patel, learned APP waives service of notice of rule.
Present application is filed by the applicant convict for extension of temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the treatment of his mother. Considering the facts and circumstances, when it was conveyed to the party in person that the sickness of the mother is such that she will not be able to recover within short time, he prayed that some time may be granted for making arrangement.
Under the circumstances, temporary bail granted by earlier order dated 7.6.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7568 of 2012 is extended for a further period of one week from the expiry of the said period on the same terms and conditions. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
