Further proceedings in Case No. 336 of 2012 (State vs. Mohd. Uvaish and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 183-A of 2012, under Sections- 380, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Katghar, District - Moradabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VIth, Moradabad, shall remain stayed against the applicant till the next date of listing.
