By means of the present application the applicant is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.86 of 2021, under Section 366 I.P.C., Police Station-Phulpur, District-Prayagraj.
Learned AGA submitted that the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been submitted by the police and therefore the present anticipatory bail application looses its efficacy and accordingly the present application is hereby REJECTED.
