The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to refund his bid amount alongwith interest thereon.
This Court on 24.11.2009 had issued a direction to the respondents to return the amount of Rs.27,21,789/- to the petitioner within two months or to file counter affidavit. Counter affidavit has not been filed till date.
We, therefore, confirm the order dated 24.11.2009 and dispose of this writ petition in the light thereof.
