1. Heard Sri Himanshu Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P. through video conferencing in view of COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants at the very outset prays that he wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh. He further prays that certified copy of the first information report shall be returned.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants.
4. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the first information report to learned counsel for the applicants, in accordance with law.
