JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of oppoiste party no.1 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel. Mohd. Saeed II has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2.
Four weeks' time is allowed to the learned counsel for the parties to file objection. Two weeks' time thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file reply to the objection filed by the opposite parties.
Summon the lower court record.
List in the second week of March,2010.
Till then, petitioner shall not be evicted from the premises in question if he deposits the entire decreetal amount in this Court within a period of two weeks from today and he pays Rs.1000/- by 7th day of each month to the petitioner-landlord for occupation of premises in question. In case of any default , this order stands automatically vacated.
