This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the Sessions Judge, Rampur/ Trial Judge Rampur to expedite or decide the Session Trial No. 320 of 2018 (State Vs. Nishan and others) in Case Crime No. 536/18, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 304B, IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Tanda District Rampur.
The submission is that Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2018 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 304B, IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act has not been concluded. P.W. 1 has been examined. It is further submitted that the applicant has to come from Nanital to Rampur.
This application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of one year.
