The prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants in the instant application is wholly misconceived as the investigation is still going on and in exercise of powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the arrest of applicants cannot be stayed, as prayed, till submission of charge sheet. Besides it, I may record that the applicants have challenged the impugned F.I.R. before a Division Bench of this Court by means of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.28653 of 2017 in which the prayer for quashing F.I.R. has been rejected.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed.
