The appellant who was engaged as conductor on contractual basis and whose services came to be terminated by order dated 09.03.2018, has preferred the instant intra court appeal being aggrieved by order of the learned Single Judge dated 13.09.2021 dismissing his writ petition relying on a Division Bench judgment of this Court in Rajesh Bhardwaj vs. Union of India, (2019) 2 ADJ 830.
After some arguments counsel for the appellant prayed for withdrawal of the instant appeal to enable the appellant to avail other remedies.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
