Heard Sri L.M. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. No one appears for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 to get implemented the judgment and order of the Contempt Bench of this Court dated 25.08.1995 passed in Contempt Petition no. 765 of 1990 (Mohammad Salim Vs Sri Neeraj Jain and others) with a further prayer that the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur be directed to arrest the Respondents no. 2 to 4 in compliance of the judgement and order dated 25.08.1995.
If certain direction has been given by a Contempt Court in its order dated 25.08.1995 convicting the respondents and imposing penalty on them and the order of the Contempt Bench is not being complied with, writ petition is not the remedy for implementing the order of the Contempt Bench. Writ Court is not the court for executing the order of Contempt Bench.
The writ petition is thoroughly misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
