This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR dated 4.10.2018 registered as case case crime No.209 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 315, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.s. Beconganj, District Kanpur Nagar.
This matter being matrimonial in nature was referred to Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court by order dated 29.10.2018.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that the mediation between the parties has failed. The report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 11.3.2019 is available on record.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
