JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 49
Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 665 of 2018 Revisionist :- Mohammad Rizwan Ahmad Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Revisionist :- Umesh Kumar Dubey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present revision has been filed against the order dated 17.11.2017 passed by the Principal Family Court, by which the interim maintenance allowance @ of Rs. 3,000/- per month has been awarded from the date of the order on 17.11.2017.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not have any means to satisfy the aforesaid demands as he was working at textile shop.
Considering the fact that the present order providing interim maintenance and the Court below has formed a prima facie view of the matter and, thereafter, provided for interim maintenance @ of Rs. 3,000/- per month only. There does not appear any error in the same and the order does not call for any interference.
It is further made clear that in the event of the applicant discharging the liability of monthly maintenance allowance from the date of the order November, 2017 till February 2018, by 31.3.2018 and further his continuing to discharge his liability from March 2018 towards as and when it becomes due, further coercive measures may not be adopted against the applicant.
The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
