Heard Sri G.P.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amir Khan, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and perused the record.
The present dispute arose between the parties in the form of matrimonial dispute and now the parties have made a compromise and the issue has been amicably settled between the parties out of the Court on 10.7.2017. A copy of the compromise is annexed as Annexure-I to the Supplementary affidavit.
Both the counsels have not disputed the compromise which has been arrived at between the parties.
Considering the compromise dated 10.7.2017 the writ petition is dismissed in view of the fact that no dispute between the parties remains in existence.
