Hon'ble Dinesh Pathak,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Satyawan Shahi, learned counsel for the Caveator, have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition.
However, it is made clear that, in case, the petitioner files fresh petition, copy of the same shall be served upon the learned counsel for the Caveator, Sri Satyawan Shahi.
