Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Suit No. 1913 of 2013 (Abdul Latif Vs. RamPher and others), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div), Haveli, Azamgarh, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli, Azamgarh to decide the aforesaid application, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
