This application has been filed with regard to quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No. 797 of 2019, State versus Abdul Ali, under Sections 107/116 Cr.P.C. , P.S. Mau-aima, District Prayagraj pending in the Court of Up-Zila Magistrate, Soraon, Prayagraj.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness much less than any abuse of the court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned proceedings in question. By the impugned proceedings only show cause notice has been issued against the applicants and the applicants have all the liberties to place their defence before the court below in the impugned proceedings. No direction is required from this Court.
The application stands dismissed.
