JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is for early decision of Original Suit No.80 of 99 Mohd. Moin vs. Alauddin and another pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jyotiba Phule Nagar.
Without going into the merits of the case, looking to the prayer made above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law if there is no legal impediment as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
