The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Misc. Case No. 11 of 2002 under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC within a stipulated time frame.
Having regard to the fact that, the application is pending since the year 2002, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
