Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Sri Ravindra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the reliefs sought for in the writ petition. He, however, submits that the petitioner shall move an application for interim injunction before the learned trial court considering the urgency of the matter.
Learned trial court shall consider the application for interim injunction if so filed by the petitioner expeditiously after being satisfied of the urgency of the matter and merits of the case.
The writ petition is disposed of.
