Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 208/829 of 2016 and Computer No. 20162320043404 (Mohammad Javed Vs. Israji) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 208/829 of 2016 and Computer No. 20162320043404 (Mohammad Javed Vs. Israji) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
