The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohammad Jamal @ Mohd. Jalal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.1159 of 2020, under Sections- 420,,467,468,471,506 IPC, Police Station- Kwarsi, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has criminal history of seven cases,therefore, it is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
