Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Identical issues have been raised in Writ-C No. - 35925 of 2018, wherein this Court has proceeded to direct not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till the next date of listing by order dated 29.10.2018.
In view of the above, following the same set of reasoning, in the present Writ Petition also it is directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the next date of listing. Meanwhile, the parties may exchange their affidavits.
