This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for the direction of the court below to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day in Case Crime Nio. 4369 of 2016 (Smt. Hina @ Fatima Vs. Mohd. Iqbal) under Section 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Sector-39 District- Noida.
The prayer made for in the application is misconceived. The present application is accordingly dismissed.
