Learned counsel for the respondent has informed that the counter affidavit has been served upon the counsel for the petitioners as early as in the year 2015. For a period of three years, no rejoinder affidavit has yet been filed.
Let the matter be listed on 06.02.2019.
It is made clear that in case, the rejoinder affidavit is not filed by the next dater fixed, the Court will proceed for final disposal without granting further time to counsel for the petitioner.
This order shall be intimated to learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two days.
