The petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 09.07.2019 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mawana, District Meerut.
However, a perusal of the order shows that only a show cause notice has been issued by the impugned order.
The petitioner may reply to the show cause notice and may participate in the enquiry which shall be completed within one month of the presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly the petition is disposed of.
