After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh after impleading the Mandi Samiti as a party, and by making necessary prayer in support of his claim.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Certified copy of the orders annexed alongwith the writ petition shall be returned by the Registry after retaining its photo copy for the records.
